Inside our Tweed Heads cafe and waterside bakery (adjoining sister space Ancora Weddings), you’ll find our signature croissants baked with love using local ingredients, in a dedicated pastry room designed to replicate the exact European temperature of its origin. From traditional classics like pain-au-chocolat to more unique and inventive flavour combos, we’re serving up the best Parisian pastries this side of the equator.
